Some clients enjoy keeping a reflective diary or "blog" of their experiences during a period of physiotherapy treatment as it helps to keep both a record of progress, acts as a motivator so changes can be perceived and allows them to keep their physical health and exercise patterns uppermost in their mind. It is by no means necessary for clients to keep a blog, or indeed if they do, publishing their blog here is entirely at their discretion. Blogs are edited minimally to help with legibility and accessibility.
